I wanted to say how much I appreciate the watch you made for me. When I first thought about getting it, I knew it wouldn't be just any ordinary watch. It was to be something special, a tribute to my mom, who I lost.
The process of designing the watch with you guys was really something. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, and it was amazing how you listened and made it happen. The engraving on the back, a mother and son, it’s more than just a picture. Like it captures everything about me and my mom, and our bond.
Every little detail on the watch, the way it looks, the engraving, it's clear that a lot of care went into it. Wearing it, it’s like having a piece of her with me all the time. It’s hard to explain, but it feels like she’s still here, in some way, with every second that passes.
I can’t thank you enough for making this idea a reality. A way to remember my mom that’s both personal and feels right.
