To start the process of designing a custom watch, we charge a $350 deposit. The deposit amount will be applied towards the balance of your custom designed watch project, so it's not an extra fee. Once the deposit is paid, then we will work together via email or phone to design your custom watch, with as many revisions as needed until it's perfect. Your custom SwissPL watch is assembled and packaged for shipping with the utmost of care in each detail.
The watch is secured inside a heat-sealed enclosure bag, so your hands are the first to touch your new watch.
Your watch will be sent with insured service, with tracking, which requires a signature for delivery.
